We really enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after long hikes and roasting marshmallows at the beautiful fire pit! The hosts were very responsive and friendly.

How do I book directly, and what do I save?

Is the cabin pet-friendly?
Yes — dogs are welcome for a $150 pet fee per reservation (added at checkout). We're in bear country, so please keep pets leashed outdoors. Pets aren't allowed in the carpeted upstairs bedroom.
How far is the cabin from Dollywood and Gatlinburg?
About 8 miles (~20 minutes) to Dollywood, ~15 minutes to the Pigeon Forge Parkway and Anakeesta, and 20–30 minutes to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrances — close to everything, but tucked into a quiet, wooded hillside.
How does payment work when I book direct?
You pay a 50% deposit at booking through Stripe secure checkout, and the remaining balance is charged automatically to the same card before check-in — you'll get a receipt for each payment. No hidden fees, and you can cancel 15+ days before check-in for a full refund.
What are check-in and checkout like?
Self check-in with a smart lock, anytime 4–11 PM. Checkout is 10 AM (late checkout until 1 PM is available at booking for $100). Maximum 7 guests, no smoking ($500 fee), no parties. Exterior security cameras only.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund if you cancel 15+ days before check-in, 50% refund 8–14 days out, and non-refundable within 7 days. We recommend travel insurance for peace of mind.
